Activity: My Last Vacation Experience

Instructions:
Write a short paragraph (8-12 sentences) at least 80 words describing what you have done and haven't done during your last vacation. Use the present perfect tense to talk about your experiences.

Example starters:

I have visited...
I have tried...
I haven't seen...
I haven't gone...

Steps:
  1. First, make a list of activities you did during your last vacation using "have + past participle."
  2. Make another list of things you wanted to do but didn’t do, using the negative form "haven't + past participle."
  3. Write your paragraph, combining both lists with connecting words such as and, but, because, also.
  4. Check your sentences to make sure you use the present perfect tense correctly.
  5. Stick a collage of photos. (you can use IA to do the collage of photos)
